Hello I’m Ranbir Dhanki, a detail-driven Technology Solutions Architect who enjoys turning messy problems into clear, secure, and scalable solutions. My background spans AI/ML, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and proposal solutioning for U.S. federal work at Sara Software Systems. Before that, I led IT operations on the warehouse floor at Metro SCG, troubleshooting WMS, RF/IoT devices, and network issues while coordinating with engineering to keep throughput steady. At Sheridan, I’m in the Computer Programming program, strengthening fundamentals across Python, computer mathematics, networking, and professional communication. Coursework emphasizes problem solving, disciplined thinking, and writing that is precise enough for technical audiences yet readable for stakeholders.

In Web Development 1 specifically, I build accessible, responsive pages with semantic HTML, modern CSS, Flexbox, and Grid. I focus on clean structure, consistent naming, and media queries that adapt layouts smoothly from desktop to mobile.

  • Design and document secure, scalable solutions across cloud, AI/ML, data, software, and cybersecurity; write technical narratives and architectures for U.S. federal proposals.
  • Translate requirements into modern IT designs spanning AWS, Azure, GCP, .NET, SharePoint, Python, RPA (UiPath/Blue Prism), Power Platform, and ServiceNow.
  • Support capture/BD with pipeline research and compliance alignment using tools such as GovWin, SAM.gov, and FPDS; collaborate with proposal managers and engineers to meet evaluation criteria and mission priorities.

  • Led floor IT operations across receiving, order processing, and shipping; first-line incident response for WMS workstations, RF scanners, label printers, and network drops to keep throughput on plan.
  • Liaised with the IoT/engineering team on sensor/PLC issues, root-caused device and connectivity faults, and coordinated fixes and change requests without disrupting live production windows.
  • Administered WMS access/roles, wrote quick SOPs and checklists, and trained supervisors/associates to reduce repeat tickets and handling errors.
  • Built and reviewed daily KPI reports (accuracy, on-time ship, pick/pack rates, downtime minutes); raised risks, tracked corrective actions, and supported safety/compliance initiatives (JHSC Co-Chair).
